(“Totalis“, “we” or “us“) operates the website located at www.TotalisBH.com (the “Site”) and offers certain services related to ABA therapy and similar services (“Services”). We respect the privacy of our users, site visitors and clients. This Privacy Notice and any documents the Notice expressly incorporates by reference (collectively, the “Notice“), explains the type of personal information and health information (your “information”) that we collect and how we collect, use, access, disclose, safeguard, store and otherwise process your information. Totalis is located in the United States, and as such, all information will be accessed and stored there, and will be transferred there should you access our Site and live in another country. Totalis contracts with certain service providers which may have locations in other countries, and certain information may be accessed from additional countries. Where required, we have put in place appropriate safeguards with our service providers, contractors, distributors and other business partners to try and limit any transfer of information outside of the United States.
