Co-Chief Executive Officer
Daniel serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Totalis. He brings nearly three decades of leadership experience building and scaling organizations that expand access to care and improve outcomes for children, families, and the professionals who support them.
Daniel was Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rethink First, a global behavioral health technology company dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals, their families, and the professionals who serve them. Under his leadership, the company developed solutions used by schools, behavioral healthcare providers, employers and caregivers around the world to improve access to care and improve outcomes for children and young adults.
Earlier in his career, Daniel held a variety of leadership and advisory roles across manufacturing, consulting, and finance, where he developed deep expertise building organizations, guiding growth, and driving innovation.
Daniel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University. A lifelong New Yorker, he is actively involved in philanthropic efforts that support children and families and has volunteered with organizations including New York Cares and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Eran was Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Rethink First, a global behavioral health technology company dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals, their families, and the professionals who serve them. Under his leadership, the company developed solutions used by schools, behavioral healthcare providers, employers, and caregivers around the world to improve access to care and improve outcomes for children and young adults.
Throughout his career, Eran has led organizations through periods of significant growth and transformation, building high-performing teams, strengthening operations, and developing solutions that support providers, educators, and families. He brings extensive operational experience across healthcare services and technology-enabled platforms focused on improving care delivery and outcomes.
Eran holds an undergraduate degree from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
Chief Financial Officer
Patty serves as Chief Financial Officer of Totalis. She brings nearly three decades of leadership experience building, scaling, and transforming high-growth organizations across behavioral health and SaaS.
Patty was previously Chief Financial Officer of Rethink First, a global behavioral health technology company dedicated to supporting neurodiverse individuals, their families, and the professionals who serve them. During her tenure, she helped guide the company through significant growth, supporting product expansion, operational scale, and global adoption across schools, behavioral healthcare providers, employers, and caregivers.
Earlier in her career, Patty held senior finance and operations roles at several fast‑growing technology companies, including Vice President of Finance at LocalVox Media, a digital marketing platform for small and mid‑sized businesses, and Director of Finance and Operations at Return Path, a pioneer in email deliverability and marketing technology. Across these roles, she developed deep expertise in financial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational scaling.
Patty earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems and a Graduate Degree in Accountancy from McGill University.
Senior Clinical Director
Lauren has been using the principles of behavior analysis to help people with autism and their families for 25 years. She started her career as a behavior technician working in children’s homes and schools. Seeing the power of ABA to transform lives, she earned her master’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2003. Over the last 20 plus years, she has had many roles in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, residential programs, and hospitals. Lauren has extensive experience utilizing the principles of ABA to assess and treat severe problem behaviors in individuals with autism. She has spent many years working in clinical and administrative leadership positions as well as in training and education roles. She has presented at numerous regional and national conferences and works as an adjunct professor for a graduate-level ABA program. Lauren served as a clinical leader at a large pediatric hospital where she helped integrate the principles of ABA into the medical care of individuals with autism and other behavioral health concerns. She also most recently spent three years advocating for quality services for autistic New Jerseyans and the promotion of autism-friendly practices in a clinical leadership role at the highly respected nonprofit agency, Autism New Jersey. At Totalis Behavioral Health, Lauren, as the founding clinical leader, combines her passion for helping autistic children and their families with high-quality ABA and her extensive clinical leadership experience to ensure that every clinician, every family, and every child has a positive experience and reaches their highest potential.
Senior Clinical Advisor
Dr. Bridget Taylor is the co-founder and CEO of Alpine Learning Group and serves as the Senior Clinical Advisor for Totalis Behavioral Health. She co-hosts Our Next Guest, a popular interview-style webinar series featuring live discussions with renowned behavior analysts on topics relevant to both clinicians and families.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Taylor has played a pivotal role in the field of applied behavior analysis and autism intervention for over 35 years. She is a past president of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and a former Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently, she serves on the board of the Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior (SEAB).
Dr. Taylor is widely recognized for her contributions to autism research and treatment. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on innovative practices to improve the lives of individuals with autism. Her most recent work explores compassionate relationship-building with families when providing clinical services to individuals with autism. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she has been honored by the Association for Applied Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) and was awarded the prestigious ABAI Fellow designation.
